The book tells you how the method works. The app is where you run it.
The method works without the app.
No tool can supply the honesty for you. What a good one can do is keep the thing where you will find it.
The 300-Day ME Project needs somewhere to live day to day, and that's the app's entire job. The planned core is one small loop: Day X of 300, a short diary entry in your own words — spoken or typed — one photo of the day you actually had, a personal timeline that builds as you go, and a Day 1 pledge: a letter to the person you'll be at the finish line.

PRIVACY IS A DESIGN REQUIREMENT.
No AI reads private diary, photo or voice evidence.
Export and delete controls are requirements, not afterthoughts.
No public feed, follower counts or default sharing.
No feature shown is already live.
What it deliberately won't be.
Not therapy, and never pretending to be.
Not a habit tracker with streaks engineered to make you anxious.
No feed. No followers. No sharing. No audience.
An app that stays out of your way and holds your record — a companion to the work, not a replacement for it.
